The guest house is not a place freely open to the public. It is a family that welcomes you into its home. There may also be other travellers under the same roof. This is why we invite you to enjoy all the living spaces at your disposal in a friendly atmosphere and with respect for everyone's privacy.

For the comfort and tranquility of all, we regret that we are unable to accommodate animals.

Capacity :

When booking the number of people making the stay must be specified. If the expected number of customers is exceeded, the owner is able to refuse the additional people.

This refusal can under no circumstances be considered as a modification or termination of stay, so that in the event of the departure of a greater number of customers than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Arrivals:

In order to be able to welcome you in the best possible conditions, your welcome will be from 5pm on the day of your arrival until 8pm. Late or early arrivals are subject to prior agreement.

The departures:

On the last day, departures are made no later than noon. We are not hotel professionals, we must be able to have the necessary time to offer the people who arrive afterwards the most welcoming accommodation possible.

Breakfasts:

Breakfasts are served inside or outside the house if the weather permits, between 8:00 am and 10:30 am.

The rooms:

The rooms are not designed for laundry or meals... A flat screen television is available for visitors in the living room, the sound must be moderate. Valuables (jewellery, multimedia equipment, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in rooms or parked vehicles, as guests assume no responsibility in the event of their disappearance.

General provisions :

In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006, smoking is prohibited in public places. The entire establishment, including the rooms, is therefore non-smoking. In the context of the protection of minors, the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age.

We ask our guests to wear decent clothing at all times, and to be dressed and put on shoes when travelling in the common areas.

The client undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and financially assume, any possible damage for which he/she may be responsible.

Children living on the property are under the sole responsibility of their parents. Children under 10 years of age are prohibited due to many sudden damages previously.

When you leave, the dishes must be left clean.

Theft and accidents: the owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or bodily injury occurring on the property.

 

The swimming pool:

Within the framework of the French regulations on the use of family swimming pools open to guests (objective: to avoid accidents involving children) and in order to ensure harmonious use, these swimming pool regulations have been drawn up.

The owners remind all their customers of the absence of pool surveillance

The swimming pool being a family pool, its use is reserved only for members of the owners' family and for people staying in guest rooms.

Any child under 13 years of age, not accompanied by an adult parent, is not allowed to access the pool area. The use of the pool by the children is under the full supervision and responsibility of their parents.

All noisy games, throwing objects are prohibited in and around the pool, diving and jumping from the edge are prohibited.

Pool users are committed:

• avoid swimming after using sunscreen or sunscreen.

• to access the pool area with sandals adapted to this use (no city shoes).

• to use a jersey reserved solely for swimming.

• not to bring food or drink to it.

The swimming pool area is open to guests from 10am to 8pm.

All pool users must be covered by civil liability insurance for defence and recourse.

Eco-tourism :

The owners are sensitive to the protection of our planet and wish to contribute to the protection of the environment. Simple and less restrictive measures can do a lot.

We are therefore counting on your collaboration to:

• avoid leaving the lights on unnecessarily,

• do not let the water run and moderate the flow during showers,

• avoid using all the towels available to you if you do not really need them

Sanitation being ensured by a connection to the sewer system, we ask you to throw only toilet paper in the toilets, the other waste having a waste bin provided for this purpose.
